Setup and run a new to Amazon account
VR Distribution needed support in getting their Amazon UK business up and running. Victoria (Tor), took ownership of getting the account live and then set about growing a sustainable business:
- Tor setup over 200 new products ensuring relevant keywords and high image quality, then supplemented this with advertising and deals strategies.
- Tor then dived into operations reducing Chargebacks from £3k per month to <£100 per month, recovered ~35% of product shortages while making further recoveries balancing Amazon invoices.
- As a result the business has been able to continue growing and in 2024 grew 58% YoY.

Optimising Amazon and Expanding D2C
Lee reached out for support with maximising his Amazon Edifier business, while also exploring new growth opportunities. We started with getting the basics right then moved onto scoping additional growth levers:
- Anton optimised over 60 top selling ASINs, ensuring keywords are captured and media content is high quality.
- As a result, most ASINs have climbed the Amazon search ranking and conversion has increased.
- To further accelerate the business, we began design of a UK website offering direct to consumer shipping.
